Coaching approaches have always been a part of my journey, both personally and professionally. From the challenge of being sent down a ski slope with no prior knowledge but only encouragement, to being tasked with finding answers myself, or being pushed to my limits knowing a safety net was there if needed, coaching in its many forms has shaped who I am today.
As a leader, I’ve embraced this approach, tailoring it to each individual. My style is rooted in empowerment: helping people uncover their strengths and the opportunities around them. To deepen my expertise, I pursued formal training in solution focused coaching for individuals and teams. I am now an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level and working toward a team coaching accreditation as well.
what is coaching?
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) defines coaching as:
"A professionally guided process that encourages clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is a structured, purposeful, and transformational process that helps clients see and test alternative ways to improve competence, decision-making, and enhance the quality of life. Coach and client work together in a partnering relationship on strictly confidential terms. In this relationship, clients are experts on the content and decision-making level; the coach is an expert in professionally guiding the process."

To me, a coaching session is:
A conversation that will make people reflect and hopefully will help them uncover answers, strengths, and resources within themselves and their environment.

pricing - a unique approach
Staying true to my passion for creativity and unconventional thinking, I’ve adopted a donation-based model for my individual coaching sessions for private clients.
Here’s why:

Life is diverse: Not everyone is in the same place or will benefit in the same way.

Flexibility: You decide what the coaching session was worth — and payment doesn’t have to be monetary. Value comes in many forms!
To help you get a feel, coaching sessions typically range between CHF 120 and CHF 250 per hour, but you’re free to contribute within or outside this range, in the way that works for you.
Homemade cakes, shared professional skills, or other creative exchanges are just as welcome as monetary contributions.
For corporate & business clients, please contact me for a tailored quote, depending on the scope and format of the coaching.
