LEGO SERIOUS PLAY
WHAT IT IS AND WHY you SHOULD USE IT
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® began as an experiential process crafted for guided workshops with adults, designed to stimulate dialogue, encourage reflection, and foster problem-solving skills and imagination.
From an application perspective, LEGO Serious Play is a clearly guided process applicable for team building, vision and strategy development, product and service innovation, process optimisation or crisis management. But it is also suitable for families, friends, couples and self-reflection. It finds application wherever shared understanding is sought or complex topics need to be grasped literally.
Grounded in research, LEGO Serious Play draws upon game theory, constructivism, and imagination. Based on the latest findings in neuroscience, it allows us to stretch our imagination (neuroplasticity) and make our perspectives negotiable, leading to better solutions, innovation, or collaboration. With 70-80% of our brain's nerve cells connected to our hands, it only makes sense to "think" with our hands.
You probably know those moments in meetings when restlessness sets in and you want to fiddle with a pen to stay engaged. With LEGO Serious Play, this is not a problem!
Our events and workshops aim to discover creative solutions, inspire surprise, explore alternative perspectives, advance ideas and clarify thoughts.
