A short break from the daily grind, something that wouldn’t require long emails, hours of organization, approval chains, or a huge budget, but would still create real connection and insight.
That’s how Bricks & Bites was born: a two-hour team moment that’s both purposeful and fun.
We use LEGO® Serious Play® to spark reflection, and pair it with a carefully curated apéro and wines to keep the conversation informal.
